After a brief tour to Israel in October 2018 Lee felt called to return to serve the people she fell in love with
there. Being a chef for over 20 years brought her much joy as she’d used her skill and gifts caring for others.
In this same vein, Lee traveled back to Israel and spent January 2020 thru June 2021 cooking for staff and
volunteers with a Christian organization in Jerusalem. Now she is returning again to serve with CMJ Israel in
the Tel Aviv area where she will be cooking for travelers staying in their guest house. To learn more about
