“Every baby needs a quilt that has been hand crafted with tender love and prayer”, that was the original thought behind the impetus to start a Baby Quilt Challenge for EmbraceWichita, one of our local crisis pregnancy centers.

When an Embrace client completes one of their six week classes they are given either a layette valuing more than $400, or diapers, wipes, formula and clothing once a month for twelve months. Something hand made is included in these gifts. Sew, we challenge quilters to make a baby quilt for Embrace! The impact of generosity can save lives, both physically and spiritually.
