KELOM is an abbreviation which is derived from the book of Ezekiel 1:10 “Their faces looked like this: Each of the four had the face of a man; and on the right side each had the face of a lion, and on the left the face of an ox; each also had the face of an eagle.” With the aim of raising kingdom leaders through creating all-round safe spaces that will enable children with special needs achieve their full potential.

We are a Christian based organization with a great desire to reflect the love of Christ and make him known through our different program areas:

1. In-home therapy; By teaching parents, siblings, and other caregivers in the home, we are empowering families to care for their children. We coach parents in things like posturing, feeding, mobility, provision of assistive devices and appropriate referrals.

2. DayLight (respite programs); are held to meet the need for rest and encouragement of parents and siblings but also for the children to get exposed to a new environment.

3. Kelom runs parent support groups, offer parent trainings, economic skills development, and helps parents advocate in the community for their children.

4. Medical Care; we aim to provide quality health care as a means of preventing disabilities or and providing better services for persons with disabilities.

5. We collaborate with like-minded ministries that share our passion for example schools, churches and government or NGOs.
